For Physical Items:
If your handmade card or paper gift arrives damaged, or if something isn’t quite right, please email us at support@swagcrafter.com within 30 days of delivery. We’ll gladly make it right with a replacement or refund.
For Digital Downloads:
Because digital files are available instantly, all digital sales are final. If you ever have trouble with a download or file, just reach out — we’ll be happy to help fix it.
